You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bd4444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.
Before processing any Withdrawal, bd4444 requires all Accounts to complete KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. bd4444 reserves the right to delay Withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bd4444 login credentials, including your username and password. bd4444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bd4444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳150 to inactive Account Balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero Balance following the inactive period may be closed without further notice.

Third-party payment providers (including mobile financial services and banks) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bd4444's control. If you believe a transaction on your Account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify bd4444 support within 30 days of the transaction date. bd4444 will review the matter and respond within 10 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered.

Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. A Wager is accepted and confirmed when bd4444's system generates a bet reference number and the relevant stake is deducted from your Account Balance. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirmation. bd4444 is not responsible for errors made by the Player during the bet placement process.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. bd4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice. In-play betting markets may be suspended during critical moments of an event at bd4444's discretion.
bd4444 reserves the right to void any Wager where: odds were published in error (palpable error); the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the market was settled on the basis of incorrect data that is subsequently corrected; or where bd4444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided Wagers are returned at stake value to the Player's Account Balance.
Cricket markets — including BPL T20, ICC tournaments, IPL, and international bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bd4444's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
For Players located in Bangladesh, bd4444 operates as an offshore platform and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is consistent with applicable Bangladeshi law.
